Shipping
Thank you for supporting Celestial Books and Gifts with your online purchase.
We currently ship orders Australia wide via Australia Post. Please ensure you provide a correct address for postal delivery. We are not obliged to reissue any goods should an incorrect address be entered at the time of order.
We cannot provide a guaranteed delivery timeframe however we will always endeavour to send goods within 48 hours of receipt of order. Priority is given to express parcels so that they are dispatched as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs:
$11.95 flat rate for regular post.
$16.95 flat rate for express post.
Orders over $180 are eligible for free standard shipping.
Please contact us for a quote on international orders.
We use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible in order uphold our environmentally friendly business ethos.
Returns
Please choose your purchase carefully as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based simply upon change of mind.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods upon receipt of their order.
If damage has occurred during transit this should be reported within 24 hours via email info@celestialbooksandgifts.com.au or by phone on 0421 908 602.
An item deemed by us to be damaged in transit will be replaced with the same item (subject to availability) but needs to be returned to us in its original packaging and adequately packaged to avoid any further damage in transit.
The item/s should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the cost of returning any goods to us that are deemed faulty by regular post (using Australia Post).
Please be aware we are not responsible for items lost by post or undelivered in the returns process and recommend tracked postage for added security.
We do not accept responsibility for any damage that might take place once an item has been played and lived with.
